Text
The executive director shall
transmit all fees collected under section 25-17-404 (4) to the state treasurer, who
shall credit them to the paint stewardship program cash fund, hereby created and
referred to in this section as the fund. The moneys in the fund are appropriated to
the department for the purposes set forth in this part 4. All interest earned from the
investment of moneys in the fund is credited to the fund. Any moneys not expended
at the end of the fiscal year remain in the fund and do not revert to the general fund
or any other fund.
