§ 25-17-1016 — Antitrust
If a battery stewardship organization engages in an
activity performed solely in furtherance of implementing an approved plan in
compliance with this part 10, the activity is not a violation of the antitrust, restraint
of trade, and unfair trade practices provisions of the Unfair Practices Act, article 2
of title 6, or the Colorado State Antitrust Act of 2023, article 4 of title 6.
