Text
The operator of every hazardous waste
disposal site shall maintain an inventory of the types of hazardous wastes accepted
for disposal at such site, and a copy of such inventory shall be provided to any
person upon request and upon payment of a reasonable charge for the costs of the
reproduction. Upon a closure of the site, a final inventory shall be prepared and
filed with the department where it shall remain available for public inspection and
copying at a reasonable cost.
