§ 25-15-104 — Disposal service
In order to encourage proper disposal of small
quantities of hazardous wastes by individuals and local governmental agencies
when such wastes cannot be reasonably handled by commercial services, the
department may receive such hazardous wastes from such individuals or local
governmental agencies and arrange for their proper detoxification, storage, reuse,
or disposal. The department may impose a reasonable fee for such services to
recover the actual costs thereof.
