§ 25-15-102 — Effective dates
(1)Parts 1 and 2 of this article shall take effect
July 1, 1981.
(2)Section 25-15-302 shall take effect January 1, 1982.
(3)Part 3 of this article, except section 25-15-302, shall take effect
November 2, 1984.
