Colorado Statutes
§ 25-12-108 — Preemption
Except as provided in sections 25-12-103 (12) and
25-12-110, this article shall not be construed to preempt or limit the authority of any
municipality or county to adopt standards that are no less restrictive than the
provisions of this article.
