§ 25-11-106 — Injunction proceedings
If, in the judgment of the department,
any person has engaged in or is about to engage in an act or practice that
constitutes a violation of this part 1 or of any license, registration, rule, or order
issued under this part 1, the attorney general shall, at the request of the
department, apply to the district court for an order enjoining the act or practice or
for an order directing compliance with this part 1 and all rules and orders and the
terms and conditions of a license or registration issued under this part 1.
