§ 25-1-517 — Mode of treatment inconsistent with religious creed or tenet
Nothing in this part 5 authorizes a county or district board of health to impose on
any person any mode of treatment inconsistent with the creed or tenets of any
religious denomination of which he or she is an adherent if the person complies with
sanitary and quarantine laws and rules.
