Text
The state chemist has the power to
employ such assistants as are necessary for the carrying out of this part 4. The
appropriations for the office of state chemist shall be determined by each general
assembly in the general appropriation bill. The state chemist and his assistant shall
also be reimbursed for all legitimate and necessary expenses incurred in the
performance of the duties of the office of state chemist.
