§ 25-1-1506 — Department - fiscal agent
(1)The department may, as
necessary:
(a)Act as fiscal agent for the council;
(b)Receive gifts, grants, or donations from the council or facilitator for use
by the council;
(c)Host the council's web page or website; and
(d)Provide meeting space and other administrative supports to the council.
