§ 25-1-1203 — Electronic storage of medical records
Health plans, health-care
clearinghouses, and health-care providers shall develop policies, procedures, and
systems to comply with federal regulations promulgated by the federal department
of health and human services related to electronic storage and maintenance of
medical record information pursuant to federal law.
