Text
(1)Applications for a proposed new or
modified source subject to the requirements of this part 2, or any additions to such
applications, shall be processed by the division and the commission as provided in
sections 25-7-114 to 25-7-114.7.
(2)The owner or operator of a proposed source or modification shall submit
all information determined by the division to be reasonably necessary to perform
any analysis or make any determination required under this part 2.
(3)The division shall transmit to the administrator of the United States
environmental protection agency a copy of each permit application relating to a
major stationary source or major modification. Thereafter, the division and the
commission shall provide notice to the administrator of the United States
