Text

(1)The provisions of section 24-30-202 (5)(b) shall not apply to any additional financed purchase of an asset or certificate of participation agreement or ancillary agreement entered into pursuant to this part 7. Any provision of the fiscal rules promulgated pursuant to section 24-30-202 (1) and (13) that the controller deems to be incompatible or inapplicable with respect to any such financed purchase of an asset or certificate of participation agreement or ancillary agreement may be waived by the controller or his designee.
(2)The powers conferred by this part 7 are in addition to any other law, and the limitations imposed by any other law do not affect the powers conferred by this part 7 and do not apply to the financing and refinancing contemplated by this part 7.
