§ 24-1-109 — Office of the governor
The powers, duties, and functions now
vested by law in the office of the governor are continued. Temporary commissions,
unless otherwise provided, when established by law or by the governor, shall be
units of the office of the governor. Interstate compacts authorized by law shall be
administered under the direction of the office of the governor.
