Text
The director may enter into or execute or
may negotiate with any officer of the state to enter into or execute any deed,
conveyance, escrow agreement, or other agreement or instrument that he deems
necessary or appropriate in connection with any additional financed purchase of an
asset or certificate of participation agreement entered into pursuant to this part 7.
