Text
The director may delegate to any
employee of the state agency such power as he deems reasonable and proper for
the effective administration of this part 4. The director of the state agency shall be
bonded in an amount determined proper and sufficient by the governor, and the
director may in his discretion, with the approval of the governor, bond any person in
the employ of the state agency handling moneys, signing checks, or receiving or
distributing property from the United States under authority of this part 4.
