Text

Any easement or right-of-way given or granted under this part 2 shall be upon such terms and limitations and for such consideration as the officials approving such easement or right-of-way may require. All moneys received for any easement or right-of-way under the provisions of this part 2 shall be paid into the state treasury to the credit of the institution, department, or agency which was in possession of said property.
