§ 24-82-106 — Acceptance - governor's approval
The department of personnel
is authorized in the name and on behalf of the state to accept any devise or gifts
inter vivos of property that may be donated to the state for the purpose of an
executive mansion; but such acceptance shall be made only upon the approval of
such donation by the governor.
