§ 24-80-602 — Effect

The change of the name of said river shall in no way affect the rights of this state or of any county, municipality, corporation, association, or person; and all laws, records, surveys, maps, and other public or private documents of every kind and nature in which the said river is mentioned or referred to under or by the name of the Grand river, after March 24, 1921, shall refer to the same river and with the same purport and effect, under and by the name of the Colorado river.
