It is the duty of the secretary-custodian of every county unit taking advantage of this part 3 to report from time to time to the state historical society of Colorado on matters which relate to the historical development of that county or of the state and also to make annually a report to the state historical society containing such information and submitted at such a time as the state historical society shall require.
