§ 24-80-201 — Society an educational institution
The state historical society,
an incorporated organization, is one of the educational institutions of the state of
Colorado. The state historical society is a type 1 entity, as defined in section 24-1-105, and exercises its powers and performs its duties and functions under the
department of higher education.
