Text
(1)Any person who knowingly disturbs
an unmarked human burial in violation of this part 13 commits a class 1
misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in section 18-1.3-501, C.R.S.
(2)Any person who has knowledge that an unmarked human burial is being
unlawfully disturbed and fails to notify the local law enforcement agency with
jurisdiction in the area where the unmarked human burial is located commits a petty
offense and shall be punished as provided in section 18-1.3-503.
