§ 24-80-1202 — Destruction of ghost town - penalty

No person shall destroy, damage, deface, or take anything from an area designated and marked as a ghost town by the state historical society, except by the owner or the designated agent of the owner of such property. Any person violating this section commits a class 2 misdemeanor.
