§ 24-80-113 — State archives - available storage space - report
(1)The state
archivist shall be responsible for reviewing and assessing the use and amount of
space available for records storage in state archives and records every three years.
(2)(a) Repealed.
(b)The report shall include, but shall not be limited to, the following:
(I)An overall assessment of the amount of space available for records
storage in the state archives;
(II)The approximate number of records or boxes of records that the state
archives received for storage from the executive, judicial, and legislative branches
of the state government over the past three years;
(III)The approximate number of records or boxes of records that the state
archivist converted from paper to microfilm or digital format over the past three
years, the amount of space conserved in the arc
