§ 24-74-108 — Severability

Colorado·Title 24 Government·Art. Protection of Personal Identifying Information
If any provision of this article 74 or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of this article 74 which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this article 74 are severable.
