§ 24-70-205 — Contracts for public printing
(1)Repealed.
(2)The executive director of the department of personnel shall advertise at
least two times in newspapers of general circulation published and printed in the
city and county of Denver, in sufficient time to ensure furnishing of such printing
when needed, inviting sealed proposals for doing printing included in the first,
second, or third classes. Calls for bids for the printing specified in the fourth class
shall be made from time to time in the discretion of the executive director of the
department of personnel as such printing may be required for the state and its
