§ 24-70-204 — Specifications
(1)Legislative bills, memorials, resolutions,
calendars, the daily journals of each house of the general assembly, and the session
laws shall be printed in accordance with such specifications as shall be drawn by
the speaker and chief clerk of the house of representatives and the president and
secretary of the senate.
(2)(a) Acts which amend existing law shall show the specific changes to the
existing law in the manner provided by joint rule of the senate and the house of
representatives.
(b)(Deleted by amendment, L. 91, p. 675, � 1, effective March 29, 1991.)
(c)Amendatory bills approved by both houses of the general assembly and
enrolled in final form by the respective houses shall be prepared in the manner set
forth in the joint rules of the senate and the house of repres
