§ 24-60-904 — Commissioner appointed - alternate
The commissioner of this
state serving on the vehicle equipment safety commission shall be appointed by the
governor from among the members of the legislative council, consistent with the
provisions of section 2-3-311, C.R.S. The commissioner of this state, appointed
pursuant to this section, may designate the executive director of the department of
revenue to serve in his place and stead on the vehicle equipment safety
commission. Subject to the provisions of the compact and bylaws of the vehicle
equipment safety commission, the authority and responsibilities of the alternate
shall be as determined by the commissioner designating such alternate.
