§ 24-60-505 — Escapes

Colorado·Title 24 Government·Art. Interstate Compacts and Agreements
Every person who has been imprisoned in a prison or institution in this state and who escapes in another state while in the custody of an officer of this or another state, pursuant to the agreement on detainers, is deemed to have violated section 18-8-208 (1) and (2), C.R.S.
