§ 24-60-504 — Habitual criminals - application of part 5
Nothing in this part 5
or in the agreement on detainers shall be construed to require the application of the
provisions of article 13 of title 16, C.R.S., to any person on account of any conviction
had in a proceeding brought to final disposition by reason of the use of said
agreement.
