This
part 48 will take effect on the date the compact is enacted into law in the seventh
compact state. The director of the division of professions and occupations in the
department of regulatory agencies shall notify the revisor of statutes in writing
when the condition specified in this section has occurred by emailing the notice to
the revisorofstatutes.ga@coleg.gov. This part 48 takes effect upon the date
identified in the notice that the compact is enacted into law in the seventh compact
state or if the notice does not specify that date, upon the date of the notice to the
revisor of statutes.
