(1)As used in this part 41, unless the
context otherwise requires:
(a)Board means licensing board.
(b)License means:
(I)With respect to an audiologist, a license issued pursuant to section 12-210-105; and
(II)With respect to a speech-language pathologist, a certification issued
pursuant to section 12-305-106.
(c)Licensed, licensing, and licensure have meanings that correspond to
the definitions established in subsection (1)(b) of this section.
(d)Licensing board means, with respect to Colorado, the director of the
division of professions and occupations created in section 12-20-103.
