Text
As used in the compact, the
term licensing authority, with reference to this state, means the division of parks
and wildlife of the department of natural resources. The director of the division of
parks and wildlife shall furnish to the appropriate authorities of the participating
states any information or documents reasonably necessary to facilitate the
administration of the compact.
