Text
The governor
shall appoint, with the consent of the senate, the Colorado member of the Rocky
Mountain low-level radioactive waste board, and such member shall serve at the
pleasure of the governor. The member shall receive no compensation for his
services but shall be reimbursed for actual and necessary expenses incurred in the
performance of his duties.
