Text
As used in the compact, the
term licensing authority, with reference to this state, means the executive
director of the department of revenue. Said executive director shall furnish to the
appropriate authorities of any other party jurisdiction any information or documents
reasonably necessary to facilitate the administration of articles III and IV of the
compact.
