§ 24-60-208 — Supervision over probationers or parolees
That each
compacting state assume the duties of visitation and of supervision over
probationers or parolees or those under suspended sentence from any other
compacting state and in the exercise of those duties will be governed by the same
standards that prevail for its own probationers and parolees and those under
suspended sentence.
