§ 24-60-2005 — Commissioners exempt from civil liability
No person
appointed as a Colorado member of the interstate agricultural grain marketing
commission pursuant to section 24-60-2004 shall be liable for any civil damages
for acts or omissions in good faith occurring or carried out during the performance
of his duties.
