§ 24-60-1905 — Commissioners exempt from civil liability
No person
appointed as a Colorado member of the Cumbres and Toltec scenic railroad
commission pursuant to section 24-60-1903 shall be liable for any civil damages for
acts or omissions in good faith occurring or carried out during the performance of
his duties.
