§ 24-60-1902 — Interstate agency created
It is hereby recognized, found, and
determined that said compact creates an interstate agency known as the Cumbres
and Toltec scenic railroad commission, an independent entity whose members and
employees are not officers and employees of either of the states signatory to the
compact.
