Text
(1)The
governor shall appoint this state's member of the western interstate nuclear board,
and such member shall serve at the pleasure of the governor.
(2)Such member may, with the approval of the governor, designate an
alternate to represent this state when such member is unable to do so.
(3)The member or his alternate, if any, shall receive no compensation for his
services as such but shall be reimbursed for his actual and necessary expenses
incurred in the performance of his duties.
