§ 24-60-1204 — Membership on commission

Colorado·Title 24 Government·Art. Interstate Compacts and Agreements
Of the two Colorado legislative members of the commission, there shall be one from each major political party, to be divided between the house of representatives and the senate. Of the four other members appointed by the governor, no more than three shall be members of any one major political party.
