Text

(1)As used in the compact, the term licensing authority, with reference to this state, means the executive director of the department of revenue. Said executive director shall furnish to the appropriate authorities of any other party state any information or documents reasonably necessary to facilitate the administration of articles III, IV, and V of the compact.
(2)The executive director of the department of revenue is authorized to administer the provisions of any driver license compact entered into between the state of Colorado and any other state and shall enforce any provisions thereof relative to licenses to operate motor vehicles issued by the department of revenue.
