Text

The commissioner for the state of Colorado shall receive no compensation for his services as such, but he and his assistants shall be entitled to receive their traveling and other necessary expenses incurred in the performance of their duties, and such expenses, together with all other necessary costs, charges, and expenditures, including an equitable portion of the costs and expenses of any joint commission, shall be paid upon vouchers approved by the governor and warrants drawn for the payment thereof upon the state treasurer by the controller.
