Text

The executive director of the department of human services, referred to in this part 10 as the director, shall be the compact administrator and shall have the power to make any rules and regulations necessary for the administration of this part 10. The director shall cooperate with all departments, agencies, and officers of the state and any political subdivision thereof to facilitate the proper administration of the interstate compact on mental health or of any supplementary agreement or agreements entered into by this state thereunder.
