Text
(1)Whenever a
displacing agency acquires real property for a program or project for which federal
financial assistance will be available to pay all or any part of the cost of the
program or project and such acquisition will result in the displacement of any
person, the acquiring agency shall provide a relocation assistance advisory program
for displaced persons which offers the services prescribed in this section. If the
acquiring agency determines that any person occupying property immediately
adjacent to the real property acquired is caused substantial economic injury
because of the acquisition, it may offer such person relocation advisory services
under such program.
(2)Each relocation assistance program required by subsection (1) of this
section shall include such measures
