As used in this part 2, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1)Company means any entity that has publicly traded securities and is an
organization, association, corporation, partnership, joint venture, limited
partnership, limited liability partnership, limited liability company, or other entity or
business association, including all wholly owned subsidiaries, majority-owned
subsidiaries, or parent companies of such entities or business associations, that
exists for profit-making purposes.
(2)Direct holdings means all publicly traded securities of a company held
directly by the public employees' retirement association or in an account or fund in
which the public employees' retirement association owns all shares or interests.
