§ 24-54-115 — Confidentiality
All information contained in records of members
of a retirement plan or system of retirement benefits established and maintained
pursuant to the provisions of this article, former members, inactive members, or
benefit recipients and their dependents shall be kept confidential by a retirement
plan or system established pursuant to this article.
