Text
(1)Upon
termination of survivor benefits as specified in section 24-51-912 prior to the
association's having paid survivor benefits equal to the total of the amount of
moneys credited to the member contribution account of the member and matching
employer contributions, any remaining moneys shall be paid in the following order:
(a)To the named beneficiaries;
(b)To the estate of the member if no named beneficiaries specified in
paragraph (a) of this subsection (1) exist.
