§ 24-51-508 — Leave of absence for uniformed service
An employee who is on
a leave of absence for uniformed service at the time his or her employer becomes
affiliated with the association shall be entitled to service credit as provided for in
section 24-51-507 upon becoming a member after returning to such employment.
