Text
(1)Repealed.
(2)A member of the general assembly who served as a legislator prior to
July 1, 1967, shall be granted service credit for such prior service upon becoming a
member of the association if such legislator had not elected to be exempt from
membership during any period of legislative service prior to establishment of
membership.
(3)and (4) Repealed.
